Dont listen to them..
We all SHOULD know that this is a tribute Lawrence made for DBZ. This didn't steal anything at all. The characters may look somewhat like a DBZ character..sure Charakter looks like Goku but it is because this was inspired by DBZ. The point being you could go to any tribute animations on NG's and say they stole characters. But they didn't! Think about it people. If it says: I made this whole thing up its all my idea then go and say they stole stuff. But he said it was a tribute so stfu! -- Anyway good job.

hmm...
I could do with seeing the first movie, since this seems like random DBZ style violence otherwise. Shame you copied a scene from the Vegeta/Goku fight from the Buu saga, using the rings of Ki to hold the foe in place against the mountain but otherwise it was all nice work. Why not try having it more human, rather than having people going super saiyan? you can make a kickass DBZ-inspired tournament among superhumans without having saiyan skills in it.
I liked the flash for what it was but a bit of background information about the plot (if there is one) would have left a better impression for me, hence why i said i probably have to see the first one. maybe edit your author's comments to include a link to it?
other than that, keep up the good work, and i hope to see more stuff like this soon! ^.^
