I liked the art style, it needs some small refining in certian areas, but generally the lines and style is nice!
I would like to see a little bit more frame by frame in between the movements but I think for a mass production purpose this turned out great :)
On a side note, the current animator - Paul has a fucking amazing style but darn I know how long it takes the poor bugger to animate it...! This seems like a happy medium.
