The simple game mechanics in this submission are pretty solid, especially for a gamejam entry.
But the thing that brought the quality of this game down is due to the fact that the music overlaps as soon as the game starts, which makes it very distracting and irritating to listen to.
Don't get me wrong, the music is very good, reminds me of games on the Sega Master System, but when they play over each other it sounds ridiculous.
Other than that, good game.
I look forward to checking out your future projects!

We did what we could in the limited timeframe allowed in for the jam, which was even more difficult during the holiday season, but we are planning on a deluxe version with, yes, much more work! :)
This game is a good attempt, but it's not very fun for me. The controls aren't sensitive enough, and the music keeps overlapping itself.

pretty decent arcade style game, but i suggest you put a preloader. something as simple as a still screening that says "loading" is enough. as long as you dont have a white screen
