Is there a time when he doesn't kill anybody and just be nice, I don't get it, correct me if i'm wrong, so if Skitzo's eyes are white, he's safe, if his eyes are red, he becomes insane and aggressive. Right?

2 stars?? Go watch the care bears if you want something sweet and nice. It's a horror cartoon about a KILLER bear and no he's never safe to be around...Do you hang around Jason or IT or Freddy Krueger thinking they will be nice one day?? Never gonna happen man, that's like asking "When is the sun ever gonna be cold for once, its always so hot."
