I actually like that. You know, in Europe films don't necessarily need a plot. It's called art. In Hollywood films don't need a plot. That's called a summer blockbuster :D
I do enjoy penguin vs. duck rivalry, something I was never aware of before now. By the way, nice close up of the asshole, film noir indeed.
Also, is it just me, or does that music want to make you go "Go Hammer Go Hammer Go!"
I liked the characters too much
The fact it doesnt have a plot still does effect the movie due to the fact that I like the flash so much. This is one of the best flashes I have seen in some time and if it was a trailer I would have liked this alot more because I enjoyed the main character and think he would be great to star in his own series. The way the animation was pulled off I enjoyed a great deal as well. This is somthing I would definatley like to see made into a Newgrounds series. I miss some of the older favorites on Newgrounds such as the Scrotum series and Reading Rainbow. I would enjoy it also if you worked on it a tad more and gave it a name and made a series of flashes just like this one even without much of a plot. I hope to see more of you in the future though. Newgrounds needs you!

OMG that was so stupid. The animation was good, and the music was okay but what the hell was up with the penguins. I can understand the gun but he whips a motorcycle and a katana out of nowhere... then he lands on the ground and blows up or something and kills the bad guy but still survives. And the shitting part at the end was unnecessary.
