It's actually pretty good, well done in my opinion, at least for its "genre" of "game"
one thing I really liked about this was the music :)
as for why u got 4 and a half stars, the game barely progresses besides the multiple loads on her stomach and face. In other words I would of liked to see a conclusion

It is nice but boring after a while but great detail but it could be more fun
