Reviews for "L.I.F.E."
I am both intrigued and entertained! An interesting take on the "Quick, live your entire live!" sort of game. (Another good example of this being "Relive your life"). The only difference is that here, your life choices are determined entirely by performance rather than decision, which is alright by me. As for the actual gameplay, the controls are simplistic, and the actual difficulty is fair, not too easy, but not too difficult to the point where my own decisions cannot be made. Well deserving of the 4.5 stars, with my only criticism being the total length of one session of the game, but this flash is easily going into my favorites to be sapped of all those achievements.
Awesome game play, awesome idea, great graphics in their simplicity. It's a great game. The only thing I'm not about is "here's your girlfriend, take care of her." Come on, man. It's 2013. Girls play games, and girls don't all just want someone to take care of them. They work, too. Just as much as men. I wish the game was more gender neutral in that sense, there's really no point. It's not like the characters looked masculine or feminine, there was no need to state this was a female character. Why couldn't it just have been "take care of your partner"? That gets the message across without old sexist undertones.
