I really enjoyed this, however, a few things pulled me out of the story. Now, I know it's just an animation and doesn't have to be completely logical, but the fox using weapons and acting human took me away from the story as a whole.
I felt like this started off tragically beautiful and had so much potential, but the it sort of went away from itself. The ending helped pull me back in, but the mood was already somewhat ruined. Now don't get me wrong, I still thoroughly enjoyed it, but there were just a few things I would have preferred.
Overall, this was excellent and I hope you do more serious pieces of work, like this one.
this was a good animation. i especially liked the simply style to it, and the accompanying music is fantastic. the story was done well enough, and though i find the hunter cutting off his own hand is far-fetched (that of all things heh) i enjoyed the ending. good stuff!
