I like what you're doing. Your art has that coolness factor to it that I try to get in my own art.
I won't be far from the truth if I say that you've been influenced a lot by anime and manga, or not? If so, could you tell me what kind of anime/manga inspires you the most?
If I would describe your art, I'd say it's: mostly cool, a bit cute, a bit sexual and a bit edgy.
Which are the factors that make up what I like about art.

Really cute character here love what you did with the "HAIR" here its very flowing and vibrant I think you could ad some more shine to the hair would really have a nice look, I would suggest some backround detail also, but regardless this was a nice character work here.

That doesn't seem like an improvement, just an idea suggestion (I don't think it'd fit with my intentions or would have a solid impact on the piece personally, especially considering this was a commission where the commissioner paid for a set level of detail).
