Reviews for "Zombie World"

So bad!
One: If you play with keyboards, you can bypass all cooldown, especially for minelands and airstrikes who got 10 and 15 seconds of cooldown. When programming for games, it could be an humiliating error.
Two: TOO SHORT! I've seen tower defenses more challenging than this game.
Three: Shotguns having more range than machine guns?
Four: Shotguns having more range than rocket launcher? WTH?
Five: Shotguns are technically more powerfull than machine guns because they also got a spread that's somewhat narrow enough to make their damages.
Six: Gameplay isn't innovative, you just have an in-game upgrade for turrets and out-game upgrades for everything. Why not giving some special skills to mobile units? Why can't we move them? Why?
Seven: Snipers have such a looooow range. Ok, higher than rangers and minigunners, but still not enough when their DPS seems lower than a ranger.
Eight: Why rockets seems so bad too? Shotguns are too much powerfull there!
Nine: The only fun I got was to unleash all the 16 waves end game and airstriking them with mines... not even a single smile given.
Ten: Same price for upgrading a tower at any level... fairly new for me, but a kill-joy when one turret with three barrels seems to be much more powerfull than three turret.
Eleven: SHOTGUNS AND MINES RULES THE WORLD!!! (this one only for saying nothing of interest... and relieve myself)

I seriously suck at tower defense games, but I'm able to milk this one in an half hour easily in hard difficulty with out-game upgrades AND finish the last level with 3000+ $ for the level because of the cooldown bypass. Without this, still too easy because of the power of shotguns and mines.

Every gameplay in this game can be seen elsewhere.

No story, or nothing of real interest...

Graphics are good though, but there's only this. I seem pretty harsh, but hell, this isn't a tower defense... I don't even have a name for this type of game.

Not the first game for both Author & Programmer... I fear to try another one after playing this... <_<

I love tower defense games. I'm also probably one of the worst tower defense players around. So if _I_ find your game too easy, something is very wrong.

We'll start with the good. The upgrade system is interesting, and nice to have. Most people love upgrades, and having a limited amount lets you make your own unique build.

The graphics are fairly well done, everything looks sleek and well designed. This creates a tiny bit of slowdown when I have shitloads of bullets flying everywhere, but that's to be expected.

There's also a large variety of things you can use to fight the zombies. Unfortunately this leads me to the bad. Most of the stuff isn't even needed for this. The machine gun turrets are next to worthless due to their poor range. For that matter, the inability to upgrade range is extremely annoying too.

Missile turrets are mostly pointless, things rarely get into groups large enough to make them worth the cost. The same goes for the missile soldiers. You don't need the sniper soldiers either. If you find yourself in need of ANY soldiers (and you shouldn't) just spam rangers. All you want are the riot police to hold things in line of your turrets.

The entire game I only used mines and shotgun turrets. That was it. It was especially simple due to upgrades costing 250 regardless of the level of the turret. It was almost mandatory to use in some cases, though, due to the lack of a REPAIR BUTTON.

As for zombies and money. I saw about four different zombie types. Possibly five. The annoying thing was that they all gave the same amount of money. 25. That just screams lazy to me. In fact, a lot of the mechanics seem lazy in this game. The poor turret balancing, the poor soldier balancing, the poor upgrade system...

A lot of potential, but it falls short of anything great. It's an easy time waster, that's about it.

good game, but way too easy. You have 2 choices: make shotgun turrets everywhere and upgrade them, or drop soldiers everywhere on the map, but that solution lags a lot in the end ^^

give it 3. it's fun but far to short and maybe add different upgrades for like range and such. all in all it's ok but not a favorite to be added. a bit of work and it'll be awsome

It's a nice effort, but it's too easy to just set up two turrets, and then shove as many soldiers as will fit in that area until the mission is over. Lacks tactical variety.
