*BlinkBlink* OK - I'm biting my hand hard enough to draw blood... but ... yet... I'll make a sincere review...
Storyline: 1 (better than 0 or 0.5)
Voice Acting: 1 (completely not convincing, but better than no voiceover at all - plus you had subtitles)
Animation: 1 (better than no animation, or a simple freeze-frame-by-freeze-frame)
Humor: 1 (caught masturbating is always funny, but the context... meh.)
Average: 1
This could be worse, certainly. I see that it is functional (1/2 star) and effort was put into it (1/2 star)... and... well... there's not much more. On a side note - I don't really understand ~why~ you made a Daily-anything-place, but hey... I don't run Newgrounds.
Personally, I think that the talent placed in this clip could have been better put elsewhere. Not trolling - just an honest "This-is-not-what-I-like" review.
