Reviews for "Escape the Estate"

I tried everything with the piano. I took notes, I used wordpad to decode the note, but nothing happened. My note read R20, R5, L3, R11, L26, L19; 2, 3, 6, 1, 4, 5. This comes out to R11, R20, R5, L26, L19, L3. I tried counting the keys out (11 keys from the right should be #42 right?). Not going to knock you for a clever puzzle, but it can be hard on the eyes.

If anyone knows what I'm doing wrong, please PM me.

Zigurous responds:

It would be R5, L3, L19, R20, R11, L26, in your case.

I thought the puzzles were pretty fun and I liked the background music.

Nice atmosphere. The only real problem is the piano part. While the solution might be plausible, it is way too tedious to count all those keys.
Plus, the second number on the piano (which stands for the octaves I guess) is just irritating as it doesn't do anything useful for the counting or anything else.

Pretty fun game.
The only difficult part is the piano.
Here's how you solve it:
NOTE: THE NOTE IS ALWAYS RANDOM. I CANNOT PROVIDE YOU WITH THE CORRECT ONE.

Say that it says (at the bottom) 1, 5, 6, 4, 2, 3. That's the order you're going to play the notes.
Say that the first one (1) is R5. Go to the RIGHT side of the piano, then move right 5 steps (first one counts as step 1). L is from the LEFT side of the piano.
Now, 5 says L4. Left side of the piano, move 4 steps left.
Not hard, is it?
If something is unclear about it, feel free to drop a PM and I'll try to help you out!

Too much derping around for the piano because what we're given is a little unclear and a tiny bit frustrating.
I got bored with it and decided not to finish the game.
Not as good as the first one, I didn't like how the ability to click on every item whether you could pick it up or not was taken out for this sequel, and the fact that there were a lot of drawers I wasn't allowed to touch was disappointing as well. You held my attention well until the piano, but I don't think I'll ever finish because of that thing.
