This is the sort of thing I'd expect from someone who can't code to save their life. I'm sorry, but this is NOT the type of "game" that I expect from Newgrounds. The lack of quality makes me want to check to see if my monitor is acting up.

Reasons why i give it 0 Stars:
Originality: there is none, but since this is a fan based work I cant rate it too much on this.
Controls: you can go left and right but for shooting, I have to move to the left in order for the gun to shoot right and when i move all the way to the left as a way to gain some distance from Dr. Willy, get this, I die.
Graphics: this is nothing more then a bevy of copyright infringements, the backgrounds are stripped strait from 2 games and the characters CLEARLY have the residue left from copying and pasting and then erasing the surrounding colors around the picture. as for the movement of megaman, it would have been a lot better if you just made him slide on the ground then jump all over the place.
Summery: all and all this does not fell like a megaman game. I don't know if this was meant as an early work or a joke so I simply rate it as it is. as KirbyGirl stated there was no effort put in to this except for (what i see) the title screen (not the megaman) megeaman's shoes and the HP bars. In short its bad. very bad.

Tsk tsk, I don't understand how you people always get your shit wrong. There is one background taken from Maplestory, the other background when you fight the boss is just gradient colors, which isn't taken from anywhere. I mean people make mario fangames all the time and suddenly its wrong to take stuff from other places, I don't make any money from this game so I don't see what the issue is here. About the controls, can't you tell which direction his gun is facing when you shoot, gawd.
And it's so obvious that I was clearly striving to make a great game here.

Sorry man, this is a hilarious idea (intentional??), but the controls are way too buggy and the animation... well I'm pretty sure you know.
I did smile and laugh while trying to play this though.
And that's gotta be worth something!
