this is 33.58 megabytes? It shouldnt be that big! How would you have posted this on the old newgrounds? You couldn't! So, with that, you definitely need a pre-loader, dude.
Anyways.. this was ok. Nice and clean looking. A little short but it is a trailer after all! :)
