Reviews for "I.V. 7"

Criticism, as requested.

While the shading is very striking and the pose is cool, the perspective in the drawing is inconsistent. The upper left arm is slightly larger than the upper right, despite being 'closer' to the viewer. It also thins very, very, quickly, rather than in proportion to distance and the angle of the weapon (assuming her mechanical body is symmetrical). Additionally, the only way she could keep her arm straight while getting the pistol to the position you show (even accounting for the possibility her hand is turned) would be to dislocate her shoulder, or at the very least, twist it to an extreme - both would be noticeable to a person looking at her from the side. Also, since the pants are tight and the abdomen isn't rotated with the hips, the left shouldn't be smaller than the right, at least not at the top. She may be taking a step, but whichever joint socket is closer to the viewer should be larger. If her lower body is facing the 'camera', her abs should be bent to account for the twist.

All this being said, I really like the character design and hope you'll do more IV cartoons. Anyway, if you send me a message, I'd be glad to review the rest, but I'd rather not do that if you don't find this helpful in sharpening up.

Good luck!

Ahg.

The arms are really bad. The head is too big. The body is fucking awesome. Not trying to be mean, but this needs a lot of work. 5 out of 10.
