Horrible grammar, boring gameplay, a what-the-hell-am-I-doing story... Feels a lot like a shitty NES game.

Fun game! But...
The English is so bad, I'm having to guess at several skill effects. It also detracts from the story... and considering there's so little story, the grammar has to be _very_ bad to detract. This REALY needs to be fixed.
There is a bug when I re-enter the store after playing a level, in that only the first item in each category can be selected.
You need a pause hotkey, to get into the perks/character screens mid-level without lowering your defenses.
All in all, good beta.
Nice concept and art. I like drunken brawling protagonists AND damsel in distress themes - can't help it.
Game is a little repetitive and it kind of sucks to have only such a limited fighting style. Also a lit bit more gore would polish everything up.
Keep it up. :D
