Excelent!
Newgrounds needs games like this.
Pros.
+Cover system is great and you need to use both hands to manage to win.
+Conversations between soldiers are refreshing
+Bosses are challenging
+Immortal feel when nobody can hit you, but then that mortal feel when you get pierced by bullets
Cons.

Another solid hit by the guys at Berzerk. One little hint, though: Could you set up a different control set-up for the up/down movement? Like, using W and S for right handed people? It'd make sense for the up/down arrow buttons for lefties, but it feels weird for me to use it AND the mouse, since I'm right-handed. Just a suggestion for an otherwise crazy-awesome game.
