That is indeed Bison's cap, and Charlie's glasses, and the nose of the F-16 from Guile's stage.
The Art style reminds me a lot of 'Daria'. I love it!

Man, have I loved guile's theme for so long. I remember playing SF2 on SNES and loving Guile's theme. This animation fits so well and proves "Guile's Theme goes with anything"

This is hilarious and awesome! It looks like he is both headbanging and rocking his shoulders together to me though... which is more awesome than doing one thing. That he continues doing such a thing around the 2 minute point and to the 3 minute point was kinda petty and boring though... but, I understand the animation was mainly to loop this cool animation to a song you really like. Btw, the surprise ending was fucking awesome! I wasn't expecting it at all! A really small but not too random act to finish the animation yeah?
