This could really use a lot of improvements.
More enemy types, level selection, upgrades, bosses and so on, be creative.
Not to mention it needs easier-to-use controls. WASD to move and mouse to aim and click to shoot would not be a bad idea, and make it so that you don't need to press a button (or click) repeatedly to fire.
(I made a similar game to this so I know how it CAN be better)

If you can make this, you should be able to make games so much better than this, you just need to be creative.

Update: It should be a bit more zoomed out now, and bullets now travel much faster.

you should do that, also the spin should be smother and faster. maybe so over rotate? this reminds me of the days when i was a kid in a=the arcade tho and i can apreciate a classic, but umm get them updates

The screen is far too small in relation to the player's 'ship' and the enemies, and everything moves too fast to react to. Everything in the game needs to be scaled down, in my opinion. Except the bullets, which are tiny.

really bad. extreme zoom so you cant see whats coming and they can kill you without actually touching the ship.
