I love the game but after playing it for awhile you get Dizzy and feel sick. o_O when your looking at the screen for a long time then look away your vision gets all messed up.

Yep, it's called the waterfall effect, and some people are experiencing it. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Motion_aftereffect
It's harmless and shouldn't cause nausea. I'm sorry if it did, though. =(

Yep, it does end, but it's not based on the distance you run. I don't want to spoil it, because it's a bit of a puzzle and the reaction is 9/10ths of the ending, but I'll leave a hint below.
Hint: you need to unlock all medals and 'fear less'. =)
its really fun but it will get boring after a hour or 6
