Reviews for "Fear Less!"

Very, very good game.
It's very entertaining.
The only problem would be its short duration.
Well that's my opinion, good game and sorry for my bad English. ;D

Great game itself. Very nerve soothing music mostly and nice art style. gameplay is nice and smooth. Upgrading and mechanics could work better( words would dissapear, and i'd get hit by invisible mushrooms[rarely])

innomin responds:

if the Start button disappears, that's a severe lag issue. sorry, the multi-layered backgrounds make flash lag out on older machines... =(

Game is fun...still having a hard time jumping over some of the two high nearly impossible things (Bear + fiery skull = wtf....)

I loved this game and the concept. My best distance was 548m I ran 122s Flawlessly and got all the achievements. I had a blast. How about a leader-board for farthest distance ran? Could keep this game active for a long time.

innomin responds:

it has mochi leaderboards if you click the <[=]- buttons next to your results in distance and time. =)

Glad to see that you at least put the information concerning the games ending in the game description. I still feel strongly that the information should have been better hinted at in the game so as not to unnecessarily use up the players time with trying to see the suggested ending. I also still feel that putting it in as a sort of puzzle when there is no suggestion that the player was solving any such puzzle, or any hints about completing the puzzle at all in game (especially since you're getting achievements in like 90% of games now a days only for ego), is a massively bad game design choice and not one easily defended if taken seriously with professional game designers from a game design pov. I give you an extra half a star from my rating on Kongregate to add the extra information with the art design, the music, responsiveness of controls, variety of enemies, etc. Not a full 4 or 5 since it's not in the game itself.

innomin responds:

I disagree entirely, I think winning should be an accomplishment. I think you might be too used to modern nintendo games, and not the retro ones we are inspired by.
