Not bad at all. When it ended it left me wanting more. That's all I can ask from an animation!
i was expecting him to pull out his phone and tweet something stupid like
"awesome ride at the park LOL!"
I think the ending leaves too much to the imagination. If someone were in a similar situation, they'd go for the phone first, and look for other ways to survive. With a broken arm, leg and skull it's hard to believe you're getting anywhere. But then the ending makes it mysterious, the colors change, his eyes are red, and you're left wondering what's going to happen. My guess was that with the sharp rock, and the zooming in to his head where the skull crack is, he impaled the rock into his head to end the pain. I don't know what your intentions were, but it gave it a very open ending/mysterious theme to it. Animation wise I loved it. I actually learned a couple of things from it. Very good job and I urge you not to stop.
For a 45sec animation goal i like it ; there is nothing missing exept perhaps a more "crunchy" noise for the fall and a sickenning one for the vomit.
