I cant say that the scene with him just playing a game took away from the movie. It was showing a guy playing a gameand becoming an adventure. It doesnt have to be a real fantasy world, the cut away felt just right.
I will say it was a bit choppy in places with the movement, albeit that the only thing would just to add a bit more frames to the animation, but that's really all the critique (this coming from a guy who cant draw to save his ass) I can really say. It was a simple animation with a good feel. I can say that it does have a good end. Treating it as it was time to end for the day, just to pick it up again tomorrow was the feel I got. That's it, keep up the good work, I hope next time I see something from you I can give you 5 stars.

Could've done without the video game scene, seemed to take away from the rest of the animation.
not bad. Although it never really had an ending. it just sort of stopped.
This is a fun video. Reminds me of playing Dungeons and Dragons or Castlevania as a youth. Adventures riding through trails...Good work.
Love the style! but the frame rate is a little low for me in my opinion.
Besides that, the animation is very fluid and colourful and acompanies the music very well.
Good music, nice simple story and is one of the few 'regular' flashes i get to see now-a-days on Newgrounds (seeing as its usually crazy or OTT stuff like Mr. Bees that show up).
Keep at it and juggle some ideas about for other animations.
My suggestion: Sci-Fi or a Noire/dark enviroment setting.
