I know that this was just a "fuck you" kind of game. It was a fun diversion at best. If you want to make a sequel or a game with a point, make a damage meter. You could use the different ejaculates as elements and make resistances. You could even have a level up system to make the stream longer and wider and possibly make the coolness factor show up in his dick size. Have him fuck prostitutes for health and mini games like catching cock rings with his pecker.
