Guys, this was obviously a game that was made in like five minutes, so don't ask so much of it.
nothing new or interesting epic war has better control then this does
You say it's a war,I say its a attempt to make a TO game with the use of the MLP: FIM characters.
I just don't get the "war" feeling,the music is way to calm (I know it's MLP but even the show had some exiting music) and its a bit to slow,also because of the lack of sound effects,it just feels like nothing big or even nothing at all is happening. Next,for me personally,it feels kinda like a mashup,sometimes do the graphics not fit to the other ones,like the castle of the diamond hounds or the "death clouds" when somebody gets defeat or the bullet bills from one of the canon towers. Next the characters,it's just wried that characters like Pipsqueak or Featherweights are sent out to fight a bunch of bloodthirsty hounds,I can somehow except it with the Mane six,but these characters do not really fit in the fighting role. (also stop smiling,you are about to die!) The upgrading is something in games I like,because it keeps me on it,but here it can get rather annoying that you have to play some waves more times,just to upgrade for other waves and thats not a good thing,it should be based how strategically you use your units with special abilities,but here its just summon the units,done. (also,why is Pipsqueak 5$ cheaper then Featherweights? Pipsqueak is way stronger) Don't get me wrong,I am a Brony and I really want to see how games with the MLP characters can work,but just using the Characters alone,doesn't make it very special,you could replace everybody with Mario characters,it would be the same game. (and actually more fitting,with the castle vs. castle concept) Overall,not a bad game,but it can get repetitive very fast if you play it for a long time.
