Reviews for "I remember."

I think that this game managed what it wanted to be (or at least, I think so), which was to make the player emotionally attached to the story. It wasn't perfect, but as an experiment, it was pretty good. The one thing I would try to change is the art, as it seems too simplistic for me. Still, great experiment.

First, this would be an ultimate fail as a platformer, so it can only be rated as an "art" game. But... to be honest, it isn't that good in that regard either.

The story was quite unimaginative/thought provoking in art game standards. And the ending (or lack thereof) was quite a letdown.

Music was the right idea in terms of atmosphere but also had some problems. The piano sounded very naked and dry when standing alone at the beginning, and then the groups-of-4 notes playing the chords come in and they are way too loud and overpowering.

So yeah, nice attempt, but this needs quite a bit of work, IMO.

For being art game, this is actually disappointing. Music is kinda repeating and flashing screen is annoying. Story is okay, but its nothing special.

From my prespective your idea was to grab hold of the player in an intense emotional way, you managed to catch some of mine if it was at least one of your goals with this, although you became a little to specific with some desires and acts which took out some of the feeling, the beginning it was only phrases that anyone can relate to and the subject is too well known to anybody to give the touch easily, so you gotta keep in mind that it's also a subject taken by many to work with, so this idea needs alot more polishing to impress anyone else.

Just beautiful, and kinda sad..
