I see that some of my advice was taken since my last review. You've added sound effects and the humor, the small amount there, was delivered well. The artwork is still a little rough and the animation was a bit choppy, but I still see that there was some major improvement from your last work I reviewed, for that I give you props.
However, I still see room for more improvement a common theme I've seen among your work is that a lot of the voice work is done by the same guy. The voice actor is good, it's just that I feel his recording equipment isn't. A lot of the lines delivered would often sound either very tinny or too quiet, which is a shame because the lines themselves are pretty good.
I can't wait for the full film and I'd like to see where you go and how you improve from here.
