Reviews for "Guild Dungeons 2"

Finding it hard to leave this game alone... LOVE IT :D

A lot of stupid, but poor ratings.

This game is superb.

Hyptosis responds:

Thank you so much. Seriously.

While it is slow paced, the game is nice, calm, and a bit frustrating when you get to trying to complete higher level quests. Thus far I've been able to STILL only complete the Difficulty 2 missions. I'm not seeing the same problems as many people seem to keep facing, considering it is not impossible to start up. I'd definitely play this game again, if I have as much time again.

this game sucks, don't waste your time seriously! Im not just being a jerk either!

A poor quality game. Right off the bat, you have to convert all of your gold into silver, and then buy resources just to begin resource production. The resources generate at a very slow pace, often times practically for nothing in the early stages of the game. I'd say leave the game running for an hour or two so you have enough resources to reach the next step of the game, but random events will stop the game clock, forcing you to sit and watch the screen for several minutes doing nothing.
Population generation is directly tied to the tax rate, and the tax rate setting is well hidden, since it lies in the bottom left corner of the game screen and there is no notice that it's their, or anything.
There's pretty much only three settings, and the net gains and losses are pretty heavily one sided. The starting setting is the normal one, which will be the setting used when you don't want to lose any population, and want decent income. The lower most setting is the one you want for getting people to come to your village while apparently cutting your income by half, and the buttons past the middle left button sacrifices your population for moderately increased income, nothing to special.
The biggest, most noticeable issue is the lag. Supposedly it's fine on your site, but one of the problems might just lie in your crocodile guy that's always there, changing pictures for little gimmicks or humor. Personally, I didn't like him, and his very presence annoyed me. However, I noticed that my game would begin to lag whenever his picture changed, which may be part of the issue. Perhaps a quality button, or an effect on/off switch would help.
When attempting some of your quests, I made 4 scrappers and sent them and the ten henchmen away to do a simple level 2 quest, and passed. I did this a few times, each time using Mina and never failed once. Common sense says that for a level 4 mission I would probably need to double my troops, which I did, and failed both times I tried this. After waiting for over an hour, building up my economy to try and support my goal, I finally was able to employ 12 warriors to accompany my troops to complete this simple mission, yet once again I failed. 12 warriors, 6 Scrappers, and 15 henchmen.
Between the lag, the slow paced, the hidden features and the quests, this game was very unplayable for me.
I really wish you would reconsider this game, and improve upon it as the potential is there.
