This is a really interesting animation style you've displayed.
I'm relieved that it doesn't look like he typical Pixar animation.
It's 3D, but you successfully managed to put your own unique stamp on it.
That being said, it could use a little bit of polishing.
The audio was great, but some of the scenes look slightly unfinished, or something is off. I can't put my finger on it. Also, the backgrounds left something to be desired, as there wasn't much there.
Of course, these things are minor, and I really enjoyed this submission, so please take these comments with a grain of salt.

Vibrant and entertaining, love the plasma action feel to it. Is this in anyway inspired by Judge Dredd? I just ask because of the bad-ass visor and motorcycle. Haha.

Loving the animation! Just need a bit more of a storyline, but other than that, this has a lot of potential!
