Why do the controls for a precision platformer feel like the controls from The Impossible Game??

Nice enough graphics and music, but I encountered significant lag in both arrow keys and wasd. It could just be my computer though....? Which by stage 9 or so made it unplayable.
Old and overused concept. Clunky controls. Music was good.
2 stars for fitting music & nice graphics.
The controls are far too slippery (Beyond the intentional level). This is most noticeable in the wall jumps. Also the spikes have a hit box a tiny bit larger than they should (Most noticeable in King of the Hill, or something like that).
Not bad over all, just nothing new.
Controls are much too slippery, it's incredibly frustrating to play.
