A nice game. Worth playing, would even pay 2 bucks for it, after some modifications...
It should be more easier to construct and remove paths.
I can't upgrade facilities, just says not enough money even I have like 10 times the money needed. Do I also need the experience?
Also there is a grammar error, it says " one of your janitors is take rest" (should be "One of your janitors is taking a rest.").
After those and some other flaws (like the pace of everything like other revies say) corrected the game would be 4,5/5.

It's an all right game. Definitely needs some tweaking and fine tuning. The missions seem to be placed in an odd order. Some of the easier missions end up at the end. How about a list of completed missions or a number of missions? I kept going through the game wondering if this was the last mission.
What's the point of telling me every time that a janitor is resting/sleeping? I don't care. It's not important enough to warrant an alert every time.
Probably taking things to literally, but "from the ground up" implies more than one floor. Why not add the ability to have multiple floors?
Instead of having us scroll around just make the screen bigger.

big bug: I played twice and now i have tried to load my game at least 10 times and it never finishes initializing objects.....
I like the art and music is cool.
But the game just gets really boring quickly.
I thought the game was good for a sim, but that's of course for one playthrough. Trying to reload the game after doing so much work, didn't happen and never loaded up. Not to mention how slow the game ran after filling it up with so much. I won't play it again cause of this error flaw.
