Reviews for "ControlCraft 2"

I didn't know what to expect of this game. I think it may be that I was confused by its format. I thought that what was shown on the screen was a graph of some kind. I had no idea it was the actual gameplay in the level. I enjoyed the really cool sounds. It helps that I'm just very good at this game.

It helps I was at least able to get further than some other games I have played. I will say that it was probably a bit too simple. I think there could have been better details on everything. It's still decent for a single play. I like the weird graphs that show up at the end of a level.

Would be an "OK" game if the things you bought stayed. Didn't realize they were one time uses which makes upgrading them a little pointless. Also when you hold either left or right it sticks and you have to tap the controls so it un-freezes (really need to be fixed).

Pretty cool. The air bases are pretty sweet and the first boss fight was a nice challenge (haven't gotten too far beyond that point, yet). The one thing I'd suggest at this point is adding the option to "auto cue" bases so they'll automatically reinforce another base. You'd have to already own both bases, but it'd still be a huge convenience when the larger stages start showing up. Selecting multiple bases at once is nice but when you've got a base that extends beyond one screen, or even half a screen, it gets a little nuts. Knowing, for example that your left-most bases are already funneling units your way while you expand east saves time and allows you to concentrate on the enemy, rather than maintaining bases you've already captured.

At first sight I didn't like the graphics and it really seemed as if it was such an easy game to play.
But, as you begin to play and start to get in the gameplay, you get this sort of "addiction", and I really got addicted to this game.
I love the idea of the gameplay.
It is more than just strategic, it also adds to having fun.
Theres just a bit that I don't get and is sort of a lack to me.
You see, in other strategic games, there is a better perscription to the skills (upgrade" - in this game it takes a bit to understand where to upgrade and what kind of skillz my troops are being added.
Therefore I actually would give you four out of five but this game is still cool enugh to get a 4.5/5 stars.
Keep up the good work!

the game would be better if the controls were always responsive. It gets very annoying when you have to click the background just so you can use A and D to pan or when you click and drag, have a path made, unclick and nothing happens.
