Decent enough to enjoy. It was cute. Though I think the "wa" obsession fits Waluigi more. :p

While I certainly have no problem with the art style and quality of the animation, the content just really isn't that funny.
To me it just seems you chose a video game parody to pander to the typical Newgrounds audience, took the simplest of observations (oh look, Wario tends to say "wah" an awful lot), and forced it into a convenient scenario with a few cuss words in the script to make it "edgy."
Newgrounds is in such a rut because all the original animators are leaving and 9 out of every 10 flashes uploaded to the site are cookie-cutter video game parodies. At least this one wasnt another sprite animation.
While i found the animation very nice to look at, i didn't find it worth my time, and the delivery of the joke happened a bit too fast. A fun one to watch, but not good enough to give it a 5 star rating.
