Excellent idea, but there are 2 issues: 1) The game needs to have a story/aim, otherwise it's not a game really, and 2) Make the screen thing bigger please or the angler fish smaller or something because it makes it difficult to control the direction the fish goes in :) But the idea is good!
i think the idea is great, the game itself is great. the soundtrack is quite enjoyable.
the only thing i would ad is the possibility of eating fish, despite the feeling of loneliness

The all fish went in front of the angler's eyes, not sure that's intentional.
Those two things really annoyed me.
But the art and idea were very nice.
It just feels like an interactive thing, so it is hard to judge as a game.
The originality of the idea makes me want to rate it 2 or above
But my experience makes me want to rate it lower.
So, 1.5 it is.
If I have to rate this with an integer, it'll be a coin toss.
I hope in future you make things exploring themes like this, but in a slightly more interactive way. Then I'll have a better hand on judging it.
A little too much loneliness, add a goal and there you have it, soundtrack isn't bad at all for this theme.
