It would've been better if it actually used backgrounds and music from the show, and if it wasn't so short.
Good South Park Game
I see your point of the Kenny dies running gag, but the characters were poorly edited, the sound wasn't that good, and it only had one mode of play. I would suggest using audio clips from the show, editing the characters better or drawing them by hand, and a South Park like town.
