looks almost marvel quality. (i say almost cuz there is probably still a couple ways to improve on it a little more, but not enough to bring your score to a 9)
and as for the guy that said you need to clean up the lines, I say blasphemy!! having the messy(ish) lines make it look more illustrated which i like. plus Marvel doesn't always have perfect lines in their comics either

wolverine is my favorite marvel superhero, as you can see by the monicker that I gave myself, and, knowing what he looks like (really well) I can say that this is almost a Marvel quality drawing of wolverine. A few tips are: a. don't make his claws so shiny. B. the claws look almost 3-d compared to the rest of the picture. c. his costume didn't look like this one until a lot later. If I recall correctly, he had some kind of whiskers on his mask when he was fighting the hulk and wendigo(I say this because you were talking about origigns.). otherwise, it is perfect.
