Excellent music. the movie was effective without any sound effects at all, quite the acoplishment. It was long but worth the wait. I am confused where the father would be in all this, but in fairy tales you learn to not question things. Not as scary I guess. I did jump once when the monster first appeared, well done. As for the ending, its not really flat like people say. The story tells of tradgety and leaves it hanging. You don't need to know anymore, her children are dead, her life is over.
