Reviews for "A Rabbit Fable"

Fantastic little art game. Here's my take: He has a dream, but is forced to dismantle it in order to get the funds needed to obtain work. His work is just churning out repetitive products for other people. Over time, the requirements get more strict, and barriers to entry raise. He has to resort to strange things just to get the funds required to keep his miserable job. Meanwhile, he dreams of the way it could be, but he's held back. In the end, it's hopeful, because he finds someone who can help him try and put the pieces of his dreams back together. Maybe I'm projecting, but it's a beautiful little game nonetheless.

antipirina responds:

Man, if you're projecting, I'm like you. Great interpretation, that was almost my first draft before I write the script. Thanks a lot to take the time and patience to finish the game. I'm amazed with the comments here!

I really liked this game! I love how the story is set out, the drawing style and the backgrounds are absolutely beautiful too. Simple, yet amazing game. I hope to see more!

Man, the game is excellent, but I want to ask you, with no offense, were you smoking anything while you were making this? It's crazy! What were your influences?

antipirina responds:

LOL, I don't even drink coffee! Only Tea and cookies. But I love David Lynch movies and Brothers Quay animations, those were my influences.
Thanks for your review!

I played all the way through and I admit, I had to use the walk through a couple times. Everything about the game intrigued me. When I realized I finished the game finally I only had one thought, what.
