Slow protagonist gets really frustrating on a second run for anything I might have missed. Otherwise, solid game.
For the Chrome lag, the problem might be the type of flash Chrome uses by default. Look up some info on Pepper flash compared to non-Pepper flash, and switch to whichever you're not on (I believe default Chrome uses Pepper, which is the probably the source of the issue). Hope that helps.
A nice change of pace from the usual games we get. Good job!
There are some things to say, though.
For example, the atmosphere is great and all, but that "ssSSHWOOOOSHHHSSss" sound effect that plays when you 'Wait' really takes away from the overall experience.
If you can, change that noise or remove it entirely.
Other than that, it's a cool new concept.
Got here from nerd cubed, stayed for the game
It was a good short game, nice unique idea. One of those types of games that makes you think about the solution in a different way. Nice artwork, interesting story. Maybe just a bit too short and while I realise the game was going to be short, it still left a dissatisfied feeling, like I wasn't really sure if that was the end or just the end of the introduction. Secondly just a bit too easy to complete in under 200 years even after making repeated errors and random exploring and waiting about on fast-forward, so you'd never really need the entire 400 years the game gives you.
Still, those are just minor nitpicks. I liked the little puzzles it did offer.
Pretty relaxing combination with the music and main character, and the power to stay still and wait appears to be amazing in this game.
