Remember playing this like 8 years ago in a friend´s house, now i absolutely broke it and speedrun it like nobody´s bussines.
The art and setting is incredible, it gets you in the atmosphere the second you start playing.
The music (even though there are like 2 tracks) is amazing with or without the context of the game.
The controls are smooth as hell, you feel the weigth of your jumps but you are fast enough for that to not be a problem. Being able to climp into anything with your tongue is just genius and it adds so much more to the experience.
The enviromental message is subtle, it doesn´t scream it in your face or uses it as a plotpoint, that´s how you implement a message effectively.
Easily one of my favorites flash games of all time, sucks it isn´t that well know.
Also hope the creator is doing well, it always gives me a sense a dread when an account is inactive for this long :(
Judging by the title I thought this was going to be something like Frogger, but no, it's something completely new! I like the bluegrassy background music and the grindhouse layer over the movie, they merge well. The game concept itself is just genius, a mixture between platform and puzzle, with a bunch of varied levels. Getting tired of the Angry Bird level select grids yet, though? The interfaces of these kind of games seem to all be in the same form, though the graphics vary, but I suppose I shouldn't complain, it's easy to use, and the game itself is a ton of fun. Great work!
