i think this game had the potential to be good but the animation keeps it down, everything seems dead and stiff

can´t see all of the creen, so the stuff in the butom are impossible to click and it gets really frustrating
Interesting at first, but it gets boring shortly after. After a while I was buying upgrades randomly just to find the "final boss" and beat it. It lacks better upgrades, new things as the game continues, not just the same boring upgrades and 2 pirates instead of one on the boat. Since there are lots of games like this one, if you want to make one you have to be innovative. It just feels "mindless farming money", that' s all.
i can't figure out why this is rated 4 stars. this is terrible. the graphics are unpleasant.. the upgrades monotonous. the gameplay pretty nonexistant.
i kept looking for some reason to give it a good rating and in the end had wasted a bunch of bored time guiding an arrow to hit everything on the screen.

I kept waiting for an immature post and I just found it. Luckily it seems that most of Newgrounds have evolved and know what a fun game is unlike yourself. I am glad to see that every post (with the exception of this gibberish) has been overwhelmingly positive and everyone enjoys the game.
I'm not too sure what kind of people have been playing this game, but I disagree with the majority. the graphics were not that great. The game play was slow. The concept was weak and overdone. The story... wait there is no real story. Overall this game is okay. I would not rate it 5/5 stars. I think that there is a lot of room for improvement.

Hello and thanks for the review. I actually do agree with you (about the art) . The art is not my best work and was more of a test run at a new style (inspired by zelda wind waker) . Im not 100% pleased with it but I am glad for the most part everyone has enjoyed it.
And the kind of people playing this game are most likely teens to young adults. (the games target audience) Not 32 year old men (no offense). Its meant to be goofy, fun with a slight serious undertone. There is an actual story. I am not sure how you could miss it unless you skipped the cut scenes. Many people have said its one of the best aspects of the game.
