Loved Katawa Shoujo, and Castlevania so this was awesome.
I loved the game but I just wanted to ask is kenji a person made up for this game or is he from something else. sorry if I seem like an idiot
You, sir, are just awesome. You took two of my favorite things: Katawa Shoujo and Kenji; and made them into this masterpiece.(No, KS and Kenji totally don't overlap. Not at all. GO AWAY.)
I usually don't like Castlevania-style games unless they're really well made. But this, I can't help but declare 'awesome.' For a moment I actually expected this to be serious. When I realized it was from Kenji's perspective I started to get excited. Then....I couldn't stop laughing.
But, like every game, I am forced to admit this one has its' flaws. I found the 2nd level quite annoying, what with all of the trash cans at the ends of jumps. I've died more times than I would like to them. As well, the game has a bug or two. I remember walking across one small stretch of spikes(hah!) without taking any damage at all, then getting hurt from poking the second one.
But honestly, I can't find any more flaws in this game and even if I could I would still think this can only be described, in my eyes, as a masterpiece.
Well, now you've reminded me how good Katawa Shoujo is. I think I'll play it again later.
Amazing I would have never expected this. When I saw this on the front page I legitimately thought it was chapter 1 or something from the actual game.
