Reviews for "Mega Boulder Rampage"

good music

That's a nice game, very carefully-drawn (there are even moveshades at the saws =) but I think that there are some things that take fun away from the play.

Suggestions:
The character could be able to fall down faster by pressing the down-arrow; it wouldn't also be bad if the char moved faster. The music isn't quite fitting to the game context, I'd suggest something more tribal-like (y'know that song from chrono trigger, when the player's at the stone age? something like that). A pause button's also very important - especially if gameplay is long enough for a phone ringing, or a person drawing your attention for some seconds. You could also add some xp-earning/coin-earning multiplyer, perhaps by falling too, or just by popping up like the shrooms.

Glitches/bugs
The character gets its life mushrooms from too far, sometimes 'twas nay even necessary to touch them (same goes for some coins, sometimes). Some falling objects killed my char even after the ball had already passed through the midgap. The fallingchar earns xp even when it dies and passes thru the ground by the same time a falling object hits the same ground. There is one of the shop items that's not in purchasingvalue order.

Question
Why is it that you buy things using personal experience - and accumulates solids results by saving more and more coins? I'd suggest the opposite, it would make more sense to me.

The upgrades don't do much for me. I got the boots but the movement speed is the same. Maybe they spawn, but so far they didn't spawn. It's also kind of hard to play it, but fun.

i have a pretty new laptop and i got 100% cpu so i wonder if the code is written in inefficient way. no quality change as well so i cant paly ti without lags. nice graphics and music tough

Eh, it's okay. Too slow to start up and it starts to get repetitive before it gets any good.
