This would be perfect with a little more polish; the series is already a Newgrounds classic as far as I'm concerned, but it's the minute details that throw it off from being a great professionally done flash/series for me a little bit:
During the opening charge scene, it's not clear enough that it's a joke about inept soldiers charging each other just because the people on the other side are coming towards them. Going on general cartoon humor tradition, the stupidity of the soldiers really feels like it needed to be exaggerated a lot more (it was mostly the serious tone of the voice acting at this part that made it a bit off-putting).

As with the first episode, it's really unclear what side the soldiers are on sometimes. I feel like this might be intentional, especially with scenes like the Sniper just randomly killing people anyway. But it would help to give a little filler dialogue or something ("I hear Prosnorkulus is coming"... etc.) to set up your scenes a little more. During the scene here with the bear tied up, all this is especially unclear. Even as far as random violence (they're just random pointless soldier characters there to be killed), it just throws things off a little.
Other than that, the characters, settings, animation, art, music, and overall style is unique and expertly done and as I said before, it's simply a classic series. The only real problem is the minor details that seem to make it too mindless (yes, even for a flash entirely about --).

Minor notes: the art could use a slight bit a polish (little jagged around the edges), it could use slighter depth of story (characters need a little bit more personality... YES... even in a story about basic characters with broad personalities (angry badass mute dwarf; creepy professional ((PRECISE)) sniper; egotistical ab-building warlord). Frankly, it could use an actual (elaborated) story. The only other thing is maybe... having less close-ups of the characters, and broader 'camera shots' of the settings.
