Work harder on sloppy animation( not clean; some parts seem to be messy') Work on voice acting or get another person from newgrounds or a friend to help voice;- the plot seems to be entertaining-;
and maybe improve your style of the drawn animation, as a amateur your on the right pace.

It was mentioned below- but the characters having the exact same voice is really disracting. Other than that it was fairly well, if simplistic.
Interesting, would have been funnier if the girl had developed a six pack after reaching through the poster.
