Holy bananas! I'm not a big fan of mario, but I must say that was soome pretty good sprite flash! The only thing that bothered me was the DBZ feel, but a part from that this flash rocks!!!

I gave up hope for any more awesome Mario Bros flash animations when Alvin announced he was done, so you can only imagine my surprise when this appeared in my nightly 'Best of' email.
To be brief, you've definitely captured the animation style of the original, but the dialogue is quite weak. If I were to recommend anywhere to improve, it'd be the storytelling, because it really didn't have the same epic effect that Alvin's had, so I chipped a star off for that. Otherwise, I see a lot of potential with this, and I do look forward to see where this goes.
This is great! Ever since Alvin Earthworm complete stopped doing SMBZ and never continued it I've been looking for another good Mario series.
Well this is impressive, I would have loved to see actually a sequel instead of a new story, but its ok, I am no flash animator nor a good guy drawing, but I think and just because most of the fans will see this as a good way to continue the original series, that your drawing skill must improve a little bit, just like Alvin did at its time, as a user wrote, the fact of hearing Mario´s talking kinda ruined it a little bit, cuz the last episodes years ago just used little sounds enough to get the punch line, I would suggest that Yoshi for example could remain silent as the original series and remember he´s a kinda cute character, so reading the expression the hell is going was a little bit awkward, remember that even if a good DBZ DBGT parody u r still using Video Game characters that have their own personalities, such as Luigi who was perfect on your animation.
Anyway, I liked it but ill give ya 4 stars, thinking that u will improve those things and even more to make at last a good Super Mario Bros Z/GT series, u get better on this you could consider on making the sequel of the last episode, because well, you know fans got very disappointed on Alvin, he was not ready to take the commitment of having something that became so popular that you must think of the fans and the guys who will support you and not just quit like a little boy, so, if your plan, don´t be so immature like him and be prepared for everything if your animations get as popular as SMBZ. It was good until you made Luigi and Mario talk. Would not watch again. Don't continue series unless you take away Mario's dialogue.
