eh, one more Chuck Norris joke. Best part was Jason's(the egg) voice as SlenderMan.
The concept was beautiful. The IDEA of this flash was beautiful. But alas, I don't feel it lived up to what it could have been, partly due to the noticably bad animations/tweening, and another part of it is because of the somewhat lackluster "Slender growing a face and getting a high voice" schtick. I like the concept, maybe you should remake this or make a sequel in the future when you gain some more experience. Keep on improving and work hard, you've got in in you.

A balanced and fair review you've given. True I could've given this some more detail, and there was a lot more content originally planned for this flash, but the only possible way I would've included that before making the Halloween deadline was if I was unemployed and not in school.
And don't take this too harshly, but I find it difficult to take technical advice on an animation from someone who doesn't animate themselves. But to be fair, other animators have commented on my use of tweening in my previous works.
But thank you for explaining what you disliked about this, rather than just saying "this is stupid, u suck. lol"
It's alright I guess. Kind of made me hungry.
