Wonderful satire of people on welfare and people in positions of authority. Many seem to mistake this a racist, but it's obvious the author did this to make a (funny) point, not because they actually believe all black people are all on welfare and are irresponsible with the checks, or that all police officers over 25 are white racist scumbags with no regard for people of color.
It's a big difference between poking fun at social stereotypes and accepting them as reality! I find it rather telling that so many fail to notice the difference here.
As for the video itself: the music is fitting, the drawings good quality, and the animations though not the smoothest in the world fit the style quite well. All in all I'd call this a pretty high quality movie with short-but-sweet humor that is pretty funny if you aren't too touchy on the issues it's based on. I hope to see stuff as good as this in the future!
