You have no idea how stoked I am to see a Space quest animation on here!! Thank you so much for fulfilling what should have been a long time ago. I never feel like these games, like Kings quest, get enough attention, even today they still remain amazing!

You're welcome! Sometimes I wonder if these games don't get much attention because not many people had the opportunity to play them. Back in the 80s computers were really expensive, compared to an NES. They began to die out as PC's became more common in the household. I have a feeling we will see a return of the adventure game, because of crowd sourcing sites like Kickstarter.
I have been coming to newgrounds.com since atleast 1998 every single day, and not once have i felt the need to make an account to write a review for ANY video...until now. This game series was what i grew up on, just zoning out with my mind totally jazzed by the movements and what they were going to do next. To have seen something, ANYTHING, about SQ in what...atleast 12 years? .....man.....you just brought back a flood of memories so fond....i cant even explain it. After i finally stopped drooling 16 different colors of saliva all over my keyboard and i managed to close my jaw, i created an account SO FAST just to comment on this video...gotta be an award somewhere. You and me both! I grew up playing these games, back in the day when patience lead to victory. The limitation of the EGA graphics became a playground for the imagination to fill in all the gaps in color and resolution. I'm really glad you enjoyed it, thanks for the review!
I got a total nostalgia overload! The Space Quest series was probably the first game that got me to fell in love with adventure games. Lolled so hard when the Andromeda guys avoided CEOs lasers :D
And even Astro Chicken made a cameo. As the animation went on, I was secretly hoping to see ZZTop guys or The Blues Brothers dancing somewhere in the background :)
But overall, the animation was very, very nice.
Solid 5 from me.
