Reviews for "fuxin immobiliser"

Dude.

It seriously is an awesome track. Everything is great, subtle, crisp lo-fi, pattern over pattern over Patton :P
Seriously, it's Patton without the self-satisfaction he sometimes gets across. You have that same knack for adding a corny element and make it sound intimidating.
Lots of gems in this. I've not nearly found them all in the 10 listens I must've had now. To name a few I grew to love already: the offbeat bass part with the delayed guitarness, the meandering voice lines, the translation of the rhodes theme to guitar...
Seriously. One of the best things I've heard on NG. That's even including my own stuff, and I think my own stuff totally rules, so there.
I'll spread some word about this when I can. It's way too good to never be noticed.

snoballandthmonyshot responds:

hehe, cheers mate, nevertheless, if ur brain wasn't so drug addled u would be finding flaws here i am certain.

relentless triplet action

Nice job - Love the way you broke the beat up with the triplets. Had a nice sort of dirty drugs, skanky bitches and industrialized gangsta shit feel to it. You've become one of my favorite artists here lately. Couldn't make out many of the vocals on the first pass - I'll need to have a few more listens.

You get a 5 for this - this far exceeds the average NG track in style production and overall coolness.

Talk to you later

snoballandthmonyshot responds:

roflcakes, who are u trying to kid, i've always been ur favourite. as for the lyrics, only 2 lines in the whole thing - straight up, caught in the crossfire, straight up, crushed in the qualifier, string it up, string it up, string it up... omg, lyrical geeenius.
nice 1

the hero of the hero

this was one of the best things i heard in my life...you'r my hero

snoballandthmonyshot responds:

haha, i hope that wasn't a courtesy response hero status out of presured necesity which i suspect it may have been considering that this was just another slap dash, unthoughtout, lazy piece of shit track which wrote itself like most of my duff tracks (straight tens always worry me), which if it wasn't i must have some random natural ability of musicality which is truly mysteriouso to me coupled along with my inate ability to write obcenely long sentances like the philosopher emanuel kant and ting, ffs, omg

very cool track

fucking crazy stuff ped. is this like your new direction that you've decided to go? believe me it has legs, it like an acid jazz funk meltdown of sorts. really good stuff. the drums are simply fricking ace. it just feels really fresh and new. i cant really comment on anything individual it just all blends really well together tho i do like the breakdown in the middle, just gives the rest of the track space, great track.

greatness

Dude, this is just plain awesome. The jazz styling really floats my boat and everything is just mixing together perfectly. I mean, I dont like to throw comments like that forward usually, but I'll say it here. Especially the bass, sounds wonderful. Man, why'd you put that offbeat bass section in after the vocal section? Back to trippy grandeur again when the wicked guitar parts come in and the shaker starts talking! Oooh, sax..gotta love it, morphing in and out with the guitar. Yep, the offbeat bass works well I suppose.
Excellent track all around, I'd say your best (did i say that last time? ;) ) Highlight..probably the repetitive vox section in the middle, but there's nothing to not enjoy heaps throughout the whole track, and mega bonus style point for the miss-timing and lags. Respect.

snoballandthmonyshot responds:

hehe, cheers pal.
the offbeat bass, yeh, is super cliche and summin i normally avoid but it worked here i thought.
go forward
